Compensation and Benefits

Earn \(75–\)200+ per loan signing, based on:

• Type of loan package
• Travel distance
• Scanbacks
• Same-day or rush appointments

Additional income may also be earned by performing general notary work in your local area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person or remote loan document signings.
• Verify borrower identities according to state notary laws.
• Guide clients through real estate closing packages without offering legal advice.
• Ensure all signatures, initials, and notarizations are completed accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow proper document-handling procedures.
• Return completed packages on time via secure upload or overnight courier.
• Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be a Notary Public (or willing to become one)
• Reliable smartphone or computer
• Printer/scanner is helpful but not required to start
• Professional communication and punctuality
